MEXICAN SALSA
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Cups Diced Onion (Can Be Yellow, Red and/or White
Onion)
- 1 Cup Tomatillo or Red Tomato, Diced Small
- 1 Bunch Cilantro, Minced
- 1 Serrano or Jalapeno Chili, Minced
- 1 Cup Poblano Pepper or Green Pepper, Diced Small
- 2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
- Half Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- Half Cup Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tsp. Kosher or Sea Salt
- 1 Tsp. Pepper
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. For best flavor,
let stand for 2-3 hours before serving.
