MEXICAN SALSA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Cups Diced Onion (Can Be Yellow, Red and/or White Onion)
  • 1 Cup Tomatillo or Red Tomato, Diced Small
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro, Minced
  • 1 Serrano or Jalapeno Chili, Minced
  • 1 Cup Poblano Pepper or Green Pepper, Diced Small
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • Half Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Lime, Juiced
  • Half Cup Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tsp. Kosher or Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper

PREPARATION:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. For best flavor, let stand for 2-3 hours before serving.
